Sky Wars 2024 Cancelation, Refunds & 2025 Tickets

SEPT 28th UPDATE – Refund Policy & 2025 Tickets

Due to the rescheduling of Sky Wars 2024, all 2024 tickets and parking passes will automatically transfer to next year’s event date. If you had purchased tickets, your spot is secured for Saturday, September 27th, 2025.

If you’d like to keep your ticket, no further action is required. However, if you prefer a refund, we completely understand.

For ticket refunds, please submit your refund request through Eventbrite by October 27, 2024. After this date, we will no longer be able to process refund requests. To request a refund:

  1. Log in to Eventbrite.
  2. Go to “Tickets.”
  3. Find the order you want refunded, then select “Request a refund.”
  4. Enter your details and submit your request. We will respond within 5 days.

You’ll receive a notification once your refund is processed, and funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you sold tickets on Tixel, the platform will send an email to all buyers to confirm if they’d like to keep their tickets. Buyers will have 30 days to respond.  If your buyer requests a refund, you may still request a refund from Sky Wars.  

For those of you looking to secure additional tickets for Sky Wars 2025, any refunded tickets will go back on sale immediately through Eventbrite, so be sure to check the Sky Wars 2025 sale page for availability.

We deeply appreciate all the emails and Facebook posts of support and apologize for the inconvenience the event cancellation may have caused.  

We look forward to seeing everyone next year, with the same exciting lineup of pyrotechnic artists, on September 27th, 2025.

SEPT 24th – SKY WARS 2024 Canceled Due To Weather Conditions

Dear Sky Wars attendees, fans, and pyros:

Due to current conditions and incoming heavy rain this Friday and Saturday, Sky Wars has come to the difficult decision to cancel our 2024 event.

This decision was not made lightly. Our fireworks field has already received between 5” and 7” of rain this week, depending on your source. We have been in contact with the Warren County Emergency Management Agency, who have consulted with the National Weather Service, who inform us to expect an additional 3” of rain on Friday 9/27 and on Saturday 9/28.

With transportation on the field already proving to be extremely difficult for the pyrotechnic teams on site, it is clear that we would not be able to provide a safe or comfortable experience for Sky Wars attendees this weekend. 

Rescheduled Event Date

The event has been rescheduled to September 27, 2025, with the same lineup of pyrotechnic artists. 

What will happen to my ticket(s)?

Your tickets for this sold-out event will automatically roll over to the new date, securing your spot for next year at our 2024 prices. 

Can I have a refund instead?

If you prefer a refund, we completely understand and will make arrangements to credit you. We will send instructions on how to request a refund in the next few days. We appreciate everyone’s patience in the meantime.

I already sold my tickets on Tixel, now what?

Tixel has said they plan to cancel any transactions through their platform. Original ticket purchasers, you’ll have the option to roll your ticket forward or have a refund. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and deeply appreciate your understanding and continued support. Because we are committed to providing one of the absolute best pyrotechnic experiences in the world, we believe this decision to cancel is in everyone’s best interest.

With the volume of email and calls, we may be delayed in responding to your questions. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Our 2025 event will be unforgettable and we look forward to seeing you then.
