Welcome to Sky Wars, the US Invitational Fireworks Championship. Our pyrotechnic showdown is held annually the 4th Saturday in September on a 300-acre field in Innsbrook, Missouri. The event address is 1001 State Highway F, Innsbrook, MO 63390.

Venue Map, Arriving & Parking at Sky Wars
The event address is 1001 State Highway F, Innsbrook, MO 63390 (view on Google Maps). Sky Wars takes place on a huge 300+ acre field, much like a country fair, with a grassy terrain. The furthest you will have to walk – from General Admission parking to the fireworks viewing field – is approximately two to three city blocks.
ENTERING, PARKING, & EXITING SKY WARS:
Please be prepared to access our unique venue! See our Getting To Sky Wars guide on entering, parking, and exiting the event.
HANDICAP PARKING / GUEST ACCESSIBILITY:
Handicap parking is available in all parking lots. If you require special assistance during the event, please contact one of our ADA Ambassadors on the Guest Experience team beforehand at ada@skywarsevent.com. Upon arrival, please let a security staff member know if you need assistance getting to the seating area.
ARRIVAL:
Gates open at 2pm. It is recommended to park, get through security, and reserve your seating area at least an hour or two before show the show begins at 7:30pm.

What To Bring (and NOT Bring)
Sky Wars Merch Tent: Ear plugs, t-shirts, hats, and other merch will be available for purchase.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Tickets for everyone in your party, available on your phone or printed on paper. Kids under 5 get in free and do not need a ticket. Tickets must have been reserved online beforehand! This is a SOLD OUT event; tickets will NOT be available at the gate.
- Lawn chairs for everyone in your party. You may bring a small wagon to carry your chairs.
- Bug spray, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
- Ear protection for the little ones, such as headphones or ear plugs. Ear plugs be purchased at our merch tent!
- Cash for food & beverage vendors. Some may accept card or digital payment as well.
- Ponchos and/or rain coats in the event of rain. No umbrellas, please! These obstruct viewing for others.
- Blankets and/or jackets are recommended. It can be a cool night in between fireballs! Please note that Sky Wars will happen regardless of rain.
- Fully charged phones to capture the pyro awesomeness. Cameras & tripods are allowed! Please be courteous to those around you on-site. NO drone or flash photography.
WHAT NOT TO BRING:
- No coolers or outside food or drink. Please check our food truck menu listed under Food & Drink Vendors below. Exceptions can be made for allergies on a case-by-case basis IF you do not see any viable options; please contact us beforehand at info@skywarsevent.com or via Facebook messenger for details.
- No pets. (Service dogs ONLY are permitted.)
- No pop-ups, such as umbrellas, tents, or canopies. (In the event of rain, ponchos or rain jackets are recommended.)
- No tables.
- No RVs.
- No firearms.
- No drones, and no fireworks. (The irony of this one is not lost on us!)

SMOKE & VAPE POLICY
While our event is held outdoors, we kindly ask that all guests be considerate of those around them. This is a family-friendly event, with attendees of all ages and varying health conditions. If needed, please take the opportunities between shows to step aside and take a break away from and downwind of your fellow attendees.
Event Schedule & Show Lineup
SCHEDULE:
- 2pm: Gates open. Daytime Festival Area, which includes food trucks and the Children’s Festival Area, opens.
- 3pm: Live band will begin in the festival area.
- 7:30pm: Fireworks championship – the main event! – begins and will last up over two hours.
It is recommended to park, get through security, and reserve your seating area at least an hour or two before the show begins.

Ticket & Event FAQ
2026 Tickets are sold out. We have partnered with Tixel for ticket reselling and transfers. Please visit our Tixel site, skywarsevent.com/tixel, to sell tickets or join the waitlist to buy tickets that become available.
Kids under 5 get in free and do not need a ticket.
To get event updates and early access to the following year’s tickets, join our mailing list.
If you cannot make it, please sell your tickets safely at skywarsevent.com/tixel.
Tickets are non-refundable but always honored if the event is postponed. Sky Wars is a rain-or-shine event. Each show is designed to run safely in most weather conditions. If extreme weather forces a delay or cancellation, we’ll notify all ticket holders with next steps, such as rescheduling or other options.
Please note: Sky Wars will happen regardless of rain. If severe weather prevents the performance, the show will take place the next evening at 7:30 p.m.
Our VIP area does provide everyone with standard fold-out chairs. However, VIP guests are more than welcome to bring their own chairs for a more comfortable viewing experience!
If you lost anything, you can call 636-745-3000 (ext: 9400) after 12:00pm on Sunday following the event. Found items will be available at the Innsbrook security gate.
We do! We support Wags & Whiskers, formerly known as the Concerned Citizens of Animal Care of Warren County. Donations can be made on their web site https://wags-whiskers.org.
Absolutely! Sky Wars is designed to delight people of all ages.
We will have a wide array of refreshments for purchase from food and beverage vendors (or with the VIP Experience tickets), so leave your own at home and enjoy our selection of sips and tastes.
You will see… A choreographed series of the most exciting firework displays produced by the nation’s finest pyrotechnicians. Highlights include gasoline fireballs, high intensity flames, spinning wheels, spark fountains, drones, and a rainbow of colors illuminating the night sky.
You will hear…. Plenty of big bangs, huge explosions, whistling rockets and some pretty awesome booms from large (up to 16” in diameter) and small shells. A definite blast that you don’t want to miss!
You will feel… Do you remember the excitement, the anticipation and the wonder of the first time you ever saw fireworks? Those chills and thrills, multiplied by 100, are hallmarks of Sky Wars! We often say attending our event will ruin all other fireworks shows for you… and we don’t apologize for that.
Inclement Weather Policy
Sky Wars is a rain or shine event! It is recommended to bring ponchos or rain coats (no umbrellas, please) if rain is in the forecast for Saturday.
In the unlikely event of extreme weather, we will postpone the show to the following evening.
